Question

Adobe Pro Licences not recognized

I purchased an upgrade to Adobe Pro, primarly to use the compare function.  Unfortunatley I cannot use Pro, this feature, as Adobe tells me that this is not enabled.  I completely uninstalled Adobe and reinstalled it, but no luck, it still doesnt work.

It seems like I really don't have Adobe Pro.  I even tried to purchase another license (I just need to get to work, I don't care about the cost.)  But no, Adobe tells me that I cannot purchase this because I already own it.   Anybody have any ideas on how to work around this bug?

Hi James26889192sw1x,

Thank you for reaching out.

Try reinstalling the application using the following steps:
- Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html).
- Reboot the machine.
- Install Adobe Acrobat Pro from the following page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html.

Check if you still get the same error.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

I tried this but am recieving the statement 'this feature is not included in your Adobe license'.

What is the next step?

Hi James26889192sw1x,

Sorry about the delay in response.

Could you please share the screen recording of the workflow you use? Also, share the email address used to sign in to the application in the private message. You may initiate a private message using the envelope icon at the top right corner of this community page.

Please check if you can share other features on the application or receive error for them too.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
