Question

Adobe Pro licenses

I just spent 30 minutes wasting my time with three "agents" who didn't seem to have a clue of what I was asking so I will ask the community for help.  My question is pretty simple, I purchased 12 licenses but want to view the number of licenses I have remaining to download.  Can someone tell me where I can view the number of licenses I have remaining?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Eric

Exactly what product did you purchase “licenses” for?

There is Acrobat Pro DC which is a subscription (you pay monthly or annually). You can have only one subscription to that product per AdobeID. If you mean Acrobat Pro DC, the subscription product, for each AdobeID you have purchases the subscription for, you go to Adobe's website, login with your AdobeID, and you should be able to download and install the product directly from the website to the computer on which you logged in from.

Or perhaps you meant Acrobat Pro 2020 which provides for “perpetual licenses” (you pay once but the product has support limited to a few years and other than critical bug fixes, there are no new features during that time). Assuming this is what you meant and if you purchased those licenses directly from Adobe, you should receive the serial numbers for your licenses at the time of purchase. These are normally automatically registered to the account corresponding to your AdobeID. They should be visible when you check your account. Go to Adobe Account => Plans => My Products. The serial numbers are there.

You don't “download licenses” but rather an installer for these perpetual products. One download is all that is necessary for all 12 licenses. Adobe doesn't keep track of the number of times you do such downloads. If you mean that you are trying to keep track of which of the serial numbers (each one corresponding to one license), that is pretty much your own responsibility. If you install the software and use a serial number that has already reached its activation count, you'll be prompted to enter a different serial number.

If you purchased the licenses from a third party (i.e., not directly from Adobe) or we are not understanding exactly what you are asking, please advise.
