Jeg kjøpte Adobe Pro i februar i år, men her er en prøvekonto fra Adobe sikkert en som jeg har bestilt før eller i perioden) som overstyrer kontoen. Hva gjør jeg for å slette kontoen der prøveperioden er utløpt og få benytte den kjøpte versjonen?

if you have a perpetual license purchase, the solution depends on whether you have any current adobe subscriptions to any products.

Adobe have a number of "Pro" products. But I will assume Acrobat Pro. Ok. What did you buy? Likely answers: Acrobat Pro 2017 or Acrobat Pro 2020. Now, what is the exact version shown in Help > About, looks like 2016.123.98765? All numbers are important.
