Adobe pro - Unable to change signature in "fill & sign"

Question

We are facing these issue in our office for sometimes but no solution found.

Windows 10 or windows 11 in office environment - Once place a signature in "Fill&Sign" tools. It cannot be remove or replace. Unless user sign out and sign in back. Any one facing the same issue?

When will adobe fix this issue?

Thank you for reaching out.

Please let us know if the option does not appear when trying to change the signature or if the application gets stuck on a screen. Try repairing the application's installation. In Acrobat, go to Menu > Help > Repair Installation. Reboot the machine once.

If the issue still occurs, please share the screen recording showing what happens. Share the Acrobat version number in use.

In the meantime, you can remove the signature from the location: %appdata%\Adobe\Acrobat\DC\Security\.
