Adobe Pro X and Office 2016

I have Adobe Pro X and office 2016. I am trying to use "Combine files into PDF" option and when I have an excel document listed and I try to "Choose Pages", the program then shows a C++ error and then freezes up the program. I then have to close out of adobe completely to do anything else. Is this an issue with the compatibility problem between Adobe Pro X and Office 2016?

Acrobat Pro 10 does not support Office 2016.
