Adobe Readed crash with embed front used in a form

Hello,
I have embedded a font in adobe pro dc 
This font is both used in text and in a form

Everything is ok in adobe pro.
When I open the file with adobe reader (as my client would do), the file opens and I can see the form. However, if I click in the form, Adobe Reader closes. (I have the latest version)

    Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

     

    What is the version of the Acrobat Reader you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 24.01.20615 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
     
    Also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.
     
    Please try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://adobe.ly/4cxjLZ4 and check.
