Adobe Reader - certificate

Hey. Hey,
I'd like to sign a PDF in Adobe Reader with a certificate from an attached token on usb. Reader does not find the attached token with the smart card.
Do I need to install something?
(macOS Sonoma 14.6.1)

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

 

Are you using an IT managed device? If yes, it has to be configured on the backend at the time of deployment from the IT team.
