Adobe Reader crashes when trying to open pdf files from Onedrive or SPO site via file explorer

I have a user who tries to open pdf files that are saved on her personal Onedrive or Sync'd SPO site on File explorer. When computer is booted up and file is firsted opened it works fine but onceyou close Adobe and try to reopen that same pdf it crashes. I have tried running the Adobe repair, uninstall and reinstall and no change. I removed protected view and added location to trusted zones still no change. Any ideas below is App error.
