Adobe Reader DC locks itself after pdf gets sent by mail

Hello togetherWe have quiet an unusual problem here.After the user sent a pdf via mail he cant mark or move the remaining open pdf anymore.If he opens them up again everything works again.Do you know about this issue or can somebody help us ? Our current version:2025.001.20623 Greetings

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble.

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.

Please update the application to the latest version 25.01.20756 from the help menu > check for updates and reboot the computer once and see if that works.
