Adobe Reader not recognizing my installed printer

When attempting to print from Adobe Acrobat Reader, I get a pop up saying I need to install the printer before attempting to print. This is odd since I was printing fine yesterday. After rebooting my computer, I was able to print normally twice before I began to get the same error as before.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble, and the delayed response.

 

Do you still see the same issue with the latest version of the application (2024.005.20320)?

To do so, go to Menu-> Hlep-> Check for Updates.

 

Also, next time when you see the error, try using the printer from any other application too. This will help us understand if this is specific to Acrobat.
