Adobe Reader saves the files but doesn't sign it when using a shared folder

When using certificate signature. I can do the sign process, save the file in the shared drive. The file gets created with no error but when I open it, there is no signature. Adobe is updated to the latest version.

Could you please let us know how you are opening the PDF from the shared drive? Did you save a copy of the file locally?

If you can share the screen recording of the complete workflow, it will help us to understand the issue. 

Please share the Acrobat and OS version numbers on the machine.
