Adobe Reader > Sign in > to Enable Adobe Standard (has changed?)

Hi All, 

Until recently we were able to sign users into Adobe Reader and (providing they were assigned an Adobe Standard licence) this would enable Adobe Standard features automatically.

However suddenly now if a user signs into Adobe Reader, they are prompted to download a seperate installer for Adobe Standard which includes Adobe Creative Cloud.  

Am I missing something here?  The previous method was much better, how can I revert back to previous behaviour?
