Adobe Reader XI MUI | Crashing within 5-10 seconds

More than 20 users complained that PDF files are crashing within 5-10 seconds.  Adobe Reader XI MUI installed. Most of them even not getting an error while files are closing.

Windows 10 Build version  - 1803

Acrobat Version 17134.1184

 

Please help to get the solutions on a priority basis.

No companty should run software with unfixed security issues. Reader XI is end of life. Urgently deploy Reader DC.
