Adobe Reader. Zwei PDFs vom Netzlaufwerk gleichzeitig öffnen geht nicht

Hallo,

ich habe das Problem, dass ich mit dem Adobe Reader (Version 2019.012.20040) kein zweites PDF Dokument von einem Netzlaufwerk öffnen kann. Es passiert gar nichts. Das erste wird ohne Probleme geöffnet. Das zweite Dokument will ich per Doppelklick öffnen. Es wird aber nicht als zweiter Tab im Reader angezeigt. Es passiert nichts. Per Drag&Drop geht es. Mittlerweile weiß ich, dass es am "Geschützten Modus" liegt. Mache ich diesen aus, funktioniert es. Aber das ist für mich keine zufriedenstellende Lösung. Ich habe versucht einen Netzwerkpfad (beginnend mit //) als vertrauenswürdig hinzuzufügen. Aber leider besteht nach dem Hinzufügen dasselbe Problem. Hat jemand eine Idee?

    Hi there

     

    A new version of Adobe Acrobat/Reader DC is now available v20.009.20063. Please update the application to the new version and see if that works. Go to Help > Check for Updates.

    Thanks for reaching out. As described above you are experiencing issues while opening two PDFs from the network drive at the same time, correct?

     

    It seems to be an issue with the group policy settings, please check the network settings and group policies with the IT admin at your end.

     

    Alternatively, please try to download the files locally to your computer and try to open the PDFs and share your observation.

     

    As stated above, turning off the security settings works for you, please try the troubleshooting steps provided in the help article - https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/protected-mode-troubleshooting-reader.html
