Adobe Request E-signature not working

The Adobe Request E-Signature is not working for some of the users who are also part of the adobe enterprise package.

I did all the necessary stesp to resolve the issue but all invain.I am kindly seeking for your support on this matter.

Also, try asking the affected user to try login on the browser: https://adobe.ly/42wjj9E and check if they are able to access sign services.
