Question

Adobe request e-signature: two signatures missing and cannot send the document again.

I have send a document to sign to a group of people. All but two of them have signed the document. The two have not received the document, nor can they sign it after I send it again due to the password protection. There also seems to be no way to remove the password protection.

What can I do?

Hi ruben_4352,

Thank you for reaching out.

Please let us know the steps you take to send the document for signature and how you are adding the recipients.

It would be helpful if you could share some screenshots or a screen recording so that we can understand the workflow used.

Also, could you share the screenshot of the window the recipient gets when they try to add a signature?

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Hi,

First I tried the 'request e-signature' function, but it didn't work properly and only one of the recipients received the request. Then, I send the pdf as an attachment via email. I got all signatures except two, as you can see in the image. After I send the file to the final two recipients again, they responded that they could not sign it because it is password protected. I myself cannot remove the password since it is already signed.

Oh, by the way, could you remove the attachment I send, it contains some signatures. I'll upload a new one.
