Adobe request e-signature: two signatures missing and cannot send the document again

I have send a document to sign to a group of people. All but two of them have signed the document. The two have not received the document, nor can they sign it after I send it again due to the password protection. There also seems to be no way to remove the password protection.

 

What can I do?

Please let us know how you sent the document for signature and how the recipients were added. A document can't be encrypted before all the signers add their signatures.

More information about the workflow used to send the document would be helpful to understand the issue.
