Adobe Revoking License Without Probable Cause

I am currently on a family vacation in Hawaii. I have been in AI hell all morning, but finally was able to reach a living person on a chat line. Even though I have an account that has been auto-billing my credit card since August 2025 I am being told to open a new account when I try to view a PDF. When I was advised to log off in order attempt the BID-RED-SWITCH option of a restart I lost the person. Now Adobe tells me no advisors are available until Monday. WHAT A PILE OF CRAP!!!!
