Adobe's armsvc.exe totally bogs down my computer for about 10 minutes after boot-up.

I believe it is also responsible for slow boot time in Win7 64-bit Ultimate. This has been going on for quite some time but it took me a while to determine that this file was a major bad hombre on my system. When I turn armsvc.exe off in resource monitor everything instantly returns to normal. Using version 1.824.7067 July 17 2017 was last update. This along with other Adobe Updaters which also drag down the system have caused me to delete most of my Adobe Software on the PC even though we are still paying for it.
