Adobe sending documents from wrong email address

Hi! New to the forum. So, I am signed it as MN@company.com but when I send out a copy of a signed document the recipients gets it from MN@gmail.com. HOw can that be rectified. I am logged in on my company email...

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are signed in with company email but the documents are getting sent from the other email.

 

Would you mind sharing the steps you are doing to send the PDF?

Are you sending the PDF for signature to other recipients or sending them for shared review from within Adobe Acrobat?
