Adobe Servers cannot be reached on MAC OS when trying to install/update
Hello--just recently we have noticed that on our MAC OS we are unable to install/update Adobe Creative Cloud (windows machines it works fine). We do go through an authenticated proxy. When I login and download a Creative Cloud App and attempt to install (even though I am already logged into Creative Cloud on the website, it still asks me to login. When I attempt to login to install the app, I get an error that "we are unable to reach the Adobe Servers please check your internet connectivity.
We have internet connectivity and in the past we have had to add Adobe URL's to the Proxy Authentication bypass list which we have also done as we have seen a few new URL's come across. We have also added some of these URL's to the SSL Bypass list (so that they are not inspected). We are still having the same issue and in the Wireshark capture we are seeing that state "Fatal: Description: Certificate Unknown". This just started within the last 2 weeks.
I have done a lot of research on the web and ran through the troubleshooting steps I have found. This includes troubleshooting connection to the Adobe Activation Servers which works fine.
Not sure what to do at this point. This is only happening on the MAC OS. Windows users using Creative Cloud have no issues with downloading/updating products using the same Proxy.
