Adobe sign Crashes

When I fill and sign pdf forms from one provider the app displays an error message and asks to reload this then repeats after the reload. I don't have this probem with pdfs from anywhere else just this company. Is there anything that can be done?

@Simon_Evans5564 chances are either you or the vendor is using dated Acrobat. So, if they are creating the PDFs and you have the latest and greatest software, they might be using an older PDF standard that's not fully compatible with your app's latest updates. 

Have a look at the 'Document Properties' - Command D on a MAC, Control D for a PC, and under 'Description,' is the Application. See how or what application they are creating the PDF. I would contact the provider and inform them of the problem. They might be able to provide alternative versions or investigate the cause of the errors.
