Adobe Sign Crashes on Both Application & Web

We've been experiencing repeated timeouts when using Adobe Sign, both on the web and in the application. The error message displayed is:

"Sorry, something went wrong."

This error causes the document to reload and results in loss of progress, as changes are not saved.

 

Are there any known fixes or recommended solutions to resolve this issue?

You might have exhausted the per-day limit, which may have resulted in this error. For more information, please refer to the information under transaction throttling in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/4k9DrFA.

In such a situation, try again after 24 hours and see if you can send the document.

Our users currently have Adobe Standard for Acrobat, is there a per-day limit for E-Sign documents?
