Sorry to hear about the trouble caused.

Are you getting this error when trying to send the document for signature? Or using the web interface?

  1. Sign out of the application
  2. Try in a different browser
  3. Clear cache and cookies> Select all times before clearing the cookies
  4. Sign in to https://secure.echosign.com/public/login

 

Let us know if it works online but not through Acrobat Pro.
