Adobe Sign fields created in Prepare form tool do not get respected when sending

Hi,

I have an nda that I prepared in Acrobat DC (using Adobe Sign format). I've placed fields for Name, Title, Company for both prefill (me) and signer uses. 

Then I click Adobe sign, and during signature process, the signature field doesn't allow digital signing or a bitmap signature. Additionally, the date field type doesn't auto fill with the date--when I click on it, it wants me to enter in a date manually. So, it appears that the form field types when prepping the form, get ignored on the Adobe sign stage.

Furthermore, while I can delete the form fields during the adobe sign process (after I press adobe sign and enter email address for signer), I can't place prefill form fields on the document. They are all grayed out. 

Seems completely broken, and extremely frustrating to use your prepared form tool as it does not seem to work.
