Adobe sign gets circling back to recipient email field

Please check this discussion: Black screen after adding signature , and I see this is a similar issue you are experiencing, given what you have described.

Let us try the following registry workaround:

• Launch Registry editor

• go to this key: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\FeatureLockDown]

• Set value : "bDisableNativeWebviews"=dword:00000001
