Adobe Sign has a limit of documents that can be sent?

I sent a lot of documents yesterday via Adobe Sign web version, then it just stopped working. “Sorry, something went wrong.”

Same error message this morning. I tried the desktop version of Acrobat to send for signature and got this message: “you have reached the limit on the number agreements you can send at this time. Please try again in 32 minutes.”

I’ve been using Adobe Sign for years. This is the first time I’ve ever reached a limit. How can we bypass this issue?

@Sally37238004ofbz Adobe Sign does have a limit on how many agreements can be sent within a short time window. If you exceed that limit, the system temporarily blocks additional sends and shows messages like “Sorry, something went wrong” or “you have reached the limit on the number agreements you can send at this time. Please try again in 32 minutes” This is normal throttling behavior. The workaround is to wait for the cooldown to reset or upgrade to a plan with higher sending volume. https://helpx.adobe.com/ee/sign/web/system-level-resources/transaction-limits.html
