Adobe Sign Notifications Not working

This week my notifications as well as the completed documents have stopped being sent to my default email address. I now have to go into the website to pull the signed agreements and the audit page them combine them. I have cheked all of my settings and had an Adobe tech on who was not able to fix this any ideas? Was this a new update possibly that has a fuw bugs to work out?

Looks like an intermittent server issue at our end caused this.
