Adobe Sign- Removing name and date

Hi there,

 

I am not able to remove the name and date on any forms I send for signature. All I want is for my clients to sign the page, without the name and date. How do I do this?

Hey there,

 

You mean to say, document that has been sent for signature from your end, has a name and date mentioned on it or the document you have send for signature is getting the Name and Date along with the signer's signature?

 

For the second one, I believe you have applied a Digital Signature filed while sending document for signature. When end user is Signing or applying digital signature on it, its including the Name and Date.

1- While applying Digital Signature, end user need to Customize the Signature Appearance and uncheck Name and Date dialog.

 

 

 

2- Else, use Adobe Sign>send for signature, applying only Signature field not Digital Signature field. Using this method, would only have signature of end user.

Hi There,

Thank you for your replay. But whenever I send a document for a signature, it asks the signor to enter their name and then automatically puts a date that it was signed also. Is there an option to have the person signing, to sign without having to type their name and have the date it was signed, appear beside the signature? like this example pic?
