Adobe Sign - Send in Bulk stuck on Processing between add and prepare

I needed to send out to 100 people to sign something, and I JUST got adobe acrobat pro (currently on free trial but planning on actually using it)

For some reason while I'm trying to send the 2nd batch, I am stuck on processing forever and it never actually gets to prepare the document? I cleared out the duplicates there were but it still doesn't go - I don't know what else it could possibly be.

I need help please!

@maja_5535  the reason you are stuck is due to the transaction limits on a trial account! While the paid Adobe Acrobat Pro plan allows for a reasonable number of bulk sends, the free trial versions have very strict limits on the number of transactions you can generate. Since you were trying to send a second batch, it sounds like you may have already hit that low trial transaction limit with your first successful send, and the system is now stuck trying to process a request it is programmed to reject.

The quickest and most definitive solution is to convert your free trial to a paid subscription for Adobe Acrobat Pro. Once you have a valid subscription, the bulk send limit typically increases to 50 transactions per bulk send (which means you'd need to break your 100 people into at least two sends).
