Adobe Signature doesn't show contact information even when turned on

Under Edit --> Preferences --> Signatures --> Creation and Appearance Preferences, there is a check box for "when signing" to show location and contact information. However, when you create or edit a signature appearence you have the option to show "Name, Date, Location, Reason, Distinguished name, Adobe Verision, Logo, and Labels" but "Contact Information is not one of the choices. My question is, why is this not an option when the checkbox under preferences specifies both location and contact information as an item that you can show in the signature?

    I have the same problem using Acrobat Pro DC 2020.006.20042.  'Contact Info' is available per the 'Creation and Appearance Preferences' and a populated field.  However, except for the DM field attributes, 'Contact Info' fails to display either in the Signature or Signature Panel regardless of Digitally ID file

      Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, when you create or edit a signature appearances you have the option to show "Name, Date, Location, Reason, Distinguished name, Adobe Version, Logo, and Labels" but "Contact Information is not one of the choices

       

      When this option 'show location and contact information' is turned on, the Location and Contact Info fields appear in the signing dialog box when you try to digitally sign the PDF as shown in the screenshot below:

       

       

       

       

       

       

       

       

       

       

       

       

       

      These options are available only if you set them as your preferences in the Creation and Appearance Preferences dialog box (Edit > Preferences > Signatures > Creation & Appearance > More)

      Hello, and thank you for your reply. I should have been more specific. Yes, the "Contact Info" box will appear on the appearance, however when you create or edit a signature appearence there is no option to include it in the signature like the rest of the options under "include text". Is there a reason for that? Thank you
