Question

Adobe Stamp

I have these paid received stamps, four of them.  Two for each, one auto fills the date and one opens a java script box to enter your own information.  I somehow messed up the Paid stamp that asks for information. The received one still works just fine.  I've tried to fix it by a million different ways and it's just not fixed.  I also tried to copy the java script from the work "Received" stamp and change the stamp names and that didn't work either.  How can I fix this stamp? I've spent three days scouring the interent for a solution and nothing has helped or been on point.  Please and thank you.

There are 4 stamps in this file. The Paid auto-date stamp just displays the current date. This script is written badly, but it should work. The Paid Ask script looks fine, although I haven't tested it. What is the exact issue? How isn't it working?

The Paid Ask Script, doesn't do anything when I use it.  I select it, attach it to my pdf and the script window doesn't open to ask me what information I want to put in it.  I copied the scripting from the Receive ask stamp, which is working fine and changed the names to correlate with the Paid ask.  I know nothing about scripting so I might have done it wrong.

The script in the Paid-Ask doesn't run because the stamp name is incorrect.  I'd suggest renaming the template for the Paid Ask stamp to follow the same template name scheme as the other stamps

but for now, the correct name for the Paid Ask stamp in the file you posted is "#hJydoECT8Ksjsl27RpQ-qB"

    What stamp have you changed?

I accidentally changed the Paid stamp that prompts to enter my own information.

In the script for this stamp you use a wrong stamp name.

It's probably Acrobat, not Adobe Stamps.

Where did you get the stamps?  I suggest you go back to whoever you purchased from and ask them what went wrong.   I doubt anybody in the Adobe product communities can help you with this.
