Adobe Stamps not visable in Pro or Reader

Question

Adobe stamps not visable in Adobe Pro or Reader DC

You can see that there is a image file there as if you click in the area it gives you an outline but the image is not visable.

The files are signed and cannot be editted, once they receive them the pdf file. But they need to see the stamps.

If we open the PDF using Microsoft Edge the images and stamps are visable.

Uninstalled / Reinstalled Adobe pro and reader

recreated windows profile

Multiple users are experiencing the same problem.

Please try to update the Adobe Acrobat DC to the new version 17.011.30166 and check. Go to Help > Check for Updates
