Adobe standard 2020 serial refused - Cannot detect product on the computer

Hi, 

 

we install adobe standard 2020 with the web installer and provide our serial. However, when it's time to activate, adobe setup does not detect any product on the computer. 

 

We are then stuck on a "select a valid product" window, offering 3 adobe 2017 products. None of them activate with this serial (tried with an old 2017 standard setup). 

 

Any suggestion?

Correct answer Test Screen Name

You have an upgrade license. So, just give the serial of the older version you are upgrading from - be sure you keep both serials as you will need both to reinstall.
