Question

Adobe Stock charging fees for months

I originally purchased the Adobe Creative Cloud Student Plan, and the initial charge reflected the expected student pricing. However, in the months that followed, I was repeatedly charged for Adobe Stock in addition to Creative Cloud. I only recently became aware of these charges, which had been occurring for several months without my knowledge.

To be absolutely clear:

  • I never subscribed to Adobe Stock

  • I never downloaded, licensed, or used any Adobe Stock assets

  • I had no need for Adobe Stock and did not authorize this subscription

After discovering the charges, I immediately canceled the Adobe Stock plan. Upon doing so, I was informed that an early cancellation fee exceeding $100 would be applied due to a contract term. This fee is unacceptable, as I never consented to an Adobe Stock subscription in the first place. Who and how should I contact to request a refund since I never heard of, used, or even downloaded this "Adobe Stock"

@kerry_2324 before you start cancelling anything, talk to the schools and your teacher. If you accidental cancel something, you may even cancel your school's plan too, and that, is irreversible
