Working on very senstive materal I was tasked with creating an offline form to fill out. Acrobat decided to upload this form to a public web address which I cannot post here.

Who do I contact to remove this file from your server that was uploaded without consent, permission or warning?

May be that you have saved the document in the Document Cloud.

I was trying to create a form and it went ahead and did this without warning. I stopped using any cloud storage because twice everything was erased due to Adobe's own billing issues. Luckily I was saved by having good backups both times.

In Acrobat, click on Home > Your Files, and then you should see the filelisted there and delete it.

Thanks, I found that eventually after not being able to find any way to contact support.

The document is still being held illegal by adobe.com even if it isn't currently publicly available like it was initially.
