Adobe Studio AI Batch Processing

Question

Have hundreds of structured text pdf invoice files to process.  Need to extract only the total invoice amount into a column with a "Total" heading in single Excel file with the same name as the pdf.  Is there an easy way to automate the extraction within Adobe Studio in a manner similar to OCR processing.  I can then merge the Excel files into a single "Total" column and add the file name, cell=("file name"), into an adjacent column.  Thanks

@Jaguaretype By any chance did you create the PDFs from an Excel file? If so, it likely be easier to 'extract that by 'Automate' or 'Power Query' (the 'Get Data' engine inside Excel)!
