Adobe Support Down?

I've been trying to reach Customer Support for Adobe Acrobat Pro for the last hour or so via Chat and Phone with no success. Phone numbers all play a recorded message about technical difficulties before hanging up and Chatbot just never responds and prompts you to Retry the connection. Did they all just take off early for the weekend/holidays? It seems the latest 20421 update still hasn't fixed a "known issue" with Word document conversion...
