Adobe Support is an oxymoron

Does anyone at adobe have any idea what it is like to get support from your company? I think the answer is no because if anyone did, they would be too ashamed to still work there. Truly, it is a joke of the worse kind of customer 'service'. If it didn't have itself entrenched, there would be a mass exodus. I hate adobe.

I hear you.  Just spent hours trying to access 'support'.  It is an oxymoron.  They do not know what support means, nor do they apparently care.  Unless we take our expensive Adobe subscriptions elsewhere they have us over a barrel and appear to know it. But with current technological ai advances they can kiss that advantage goodbye.  Unless they either improve their service or lower their fees they are a dinosaur.
