ADOBE TRYING TO REACH HTTP SITE AND DOWNLOAD ZIP

We are using Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017.  Our firewall Advanced Threat Protection is detecting adobe accessing our web browser and trying to download http zip file as follows:

http://acroipm2.adobe.com/18/rdr/ENU/win/nooem/none/consumer/message.zip

If you paste the above into into windows 7 Pro 64-Bit SP1 it opens internet explorer.  How do you stop this from trying to access the browser and website? I believe this may be a bug?  I saw one reference to this in the forum, but the answer did not apply to Acrobat Pro.

Thank you!

Looks normal. Accept it or block it, your choice. No bug.
