Adobe update not printing envelopes correctly

Printing on an HP Color Laser Jet Pro MFP

I have printed thousands of A7 envelopes. My Adobe Acrobat recently updated and now they will not print correctly. I have the custom size entered into the print settings in Acrobat. I am doing everything the same as I have always done it. The only difference being the newly updated Acrobat.

I finally got it to align properly when I feed through tray 1, but this means I have to hand feed each envelope one-by-one. I am a graphic designer printing many wedding envelopes, so this will not work for me. Hoping there is a solution to this.

Is anyone else having this issue with the new Acrobat?
