Adobe Used to Convert Docusign PDFs to Word Perfectly, now they lose the signatures

Adobe Used to Convert Docusign PDFs to Word Perfectly, suddenly they lose the signatures. Also any images like a logo are being lost as well. What happened?. Here is what it looks like below. It had been a docusing signate and it converts to this jumble. Any ideas to correct this?
