Adobe Web Form in iFrame Not Scrollable on Mobile

Hi all,

We've embedded an Adobe web form into our website (we use WordPress/Elementor) via an iframe. It works fine on desktop, but on mobile, users can't scroll horizontally or vertically— so they can’t accept Adobe's T&Cs or sign the form.

Our web designer believes this is an Adobe issue.

Has anyone else run into this? Is there specific HTML code needed to make iframes work properly on phones?

Thanks!

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry fot the trouble you are experiencing.

The issue typically occurs from how iframes handle touch and scroll events on mobile devices.

Adobe web forms sometimes struggle inside iframes on mobile due to how touch events are handled. As a workaround:

  • You can open the form in a new tab rather than embedding it—this provides the best user experience across devices.

  • Example: Add a button like “Open Form” that links directly to the Adobe web form URL.
