Question

Adobe won't let me cancel during free trial or afterward

I used the free trial for 1 day, then went to cancel my free trial. It would give me an error message that the service is unavailable at this time I tried to cacncel during the entire free trial period. I called my credit card and said to bloack any withdraws from Adobe. Now Adobe won't let me cancel because it is demanding I update my credit card information first as I "owe" them money, according to Adobe.

You aren't getting the money Adobe, but how can I resolve it attempting to withdraw from my credit card so I can "officially" unsubscribe from this scam?

Thanks

This is a public forum, not Adobe support.
Users, including the Community Experts, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.
Adobe provides support through the Chat function: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen or through TwiXter: @AdobeCare - https://twitter.com/AdobeCare
There is no email support, so beware of scammers.
If the chat window fails to open, then use a different device. If you would like to talk with someone, then click on the option for More Contact Options to be given the appropriate phone number for your country.
