Adobe won't print A4

pdfs adobe won't print in A4 defaults to letter 81/2 x 11ins have contacted Epson it is not the printer any ideas please

Could you please let us know what happens when you try to print in A4 size.

What is the dot version of Adobe application and OS installed on your system?

Would you mind sharing the screenshot of the page that prints?
