Adobe X (CS 5.5) does not allow me to Activate.

Question

I have Creative Suite 5.5 and recently installed it on a new PC. The software is deactivated on the old PC. However, when I try to activate the software the system still thinks I am at my activation limit. Has anyone had success getting activation to work? I understand the product is EOL for support, but this is an activation issue.

Optimistic_play, thanks for posting about your problems managing your remaining activations for Creative Suite 5.5 Design Premium. Please see https://adobe.ly/49wCc0P for information on how to manage any remaining activations in 2026. You will need to make sure the computer completing the deactivation is up to date and capable of contacting Adobe's servers for the deactivation request to be successfully processed. Please complete the deactivation steps again after activating the software on the previous computer. ^JW
