Adobe X Pro activating issue

Please help!

Purchased in 2014 and installed on a laptop. That laptop crashed last June and I bought a new laptop. I installed Adobe X Pro on the new laptop and it worked fine with the key code until 15 days ago. I cannot deactivate Adobe on the old laptop because it will not turn on.
