Adobe XI Crashing When eSigning Docs in Win10

Adobe Reader XI Crashing in Win10 when signing docs. Its really slow and then it just crashes. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Kenv,

Sorry for the delay in response.

As the application crashes, try the troubleshooting steps mentioned here Resolve Acrobat DC intermittent crashes on Windows

Then check if you still experience the issue.

If that does not help, try to reset the application preferences.

Take help of the steps mentioned here How to reset Acrobat Preference settings to default.

If the issue still persists, try to use the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.

Run the cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs to remove the old version on your machine.

Then restart our machine and re-install the application from here Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

Now try to open the PDF and sign the document. Check if it works fine or not.
