Adobe XI pro - Unable to print pdf

hi,

All of sudden i am unable to create PDF file usng Adobe Pro XI. While creatin it hangs at "Creating Adobe PDF" Screen shot attached.

Tried reinstalling the program but issue remain as it is.

What's the exact version number of the application (You can find it out by going to Help - About Adobe Acrobat)? What's your OS version?
