Hi @diego_0739

Sorry for the troubled experience, and thank you for reaching out.

Let's try the following:

1. Check for pending updates: To check for any pending updates, launch Acrobat > Help > Check For Updates.

2. Try adding the server path as a privileged location under Preferences > Security Enhanced. If this doesn't help, try:

3. Disable Protected mode:

 - Go to Edit > Preferences > Security (Enhanced)

 - Uncheck “Enable Protected Mode at startup”

 - Click OK and restart Acrobat.

⚠️ Important Disclaimer:

Protected Mode is a security feature that helps prevent malicious content in PDFs from affecting your system. We recommend disabling it only for testing purposes. Do not open files from unknown sources while it’s off. If this step resolves the issue, we can guide you toward a safer, permanent fix.

4. Fully Uninstall Acrobat and Remove Preferences

  • Use the Adobe Cleaner Tool to uninstall Acrobat and its associated preferences.

  • Reboot the system and reinstall a version compatible with your OS.

5. Check for any pending updates for the OS.

Let us know how it works.
